Information pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the Protection of Personal Data: Lorenzi S.r.l. (with registered office in 35010 Vigonza (PD), via Oslo n.2; tel. 049-8936665 mail: info@lorenzinet.com), as Data Controller, informs you that the data collected with this online form will be processed for the management of access to our stand and for the subsequent management of establishing a contractual relationship (also in the pre-contractual phases) as well as for marketing purposes (sending commercial information). Your data will be processed for a period not exceeding 24 months from the conferment and / or from the conclusion of the last contractual relationship that should be established with Lorenzi S.r.l. The provision of the requested data is mandatory, otherwise the Data Controller may not be able to ensure the correct use of the services requested by you. The provision of data for marketing purposes is purely optional. Your personal data may be disclosed to private individuals and / or companies that carry out activities and services on behalf of the Data Controller (designated as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR), in particular e-mail service providers and Lorenzi S.r.l. database managers. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU. You have the following rights (articles 15-21 EU Reg. 2016/679): access, rectification, cancellation or limitation of data processing, opposition to processing; portability in the cases provided for by the regulation. You can also lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data or go to the competent judicial office.
